We are recruiting COMMISSION-based up-selling shot staff to come and join our team! Average earnings: £80-£300+ per shift.
Job Summary
The Shot Seller is responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in a vibrant nightlife venue, such as a bar, club, pub or entertainment space. This role involves actively engaging with guests, promoting and selling shots, and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Approach customers in a friendly, confident manner to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to promote and sell shots in a high-energy nightlife environment.
- Encourage upselling and suggest various shot combinations to enhance customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and exciting atmosphere.
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
Experience in hospitality or sales is preferred. This role requires training which will be provided online, via zoom.
