Job Overview
The Realisation Team acts as the trade execution arm of the Operational departments, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of trade transactions within the MUGEN system. This includes reviewing and posting all RZ and CH workflow types, as well as AD02 and IV01 workflows. Beyond trade processing, the team is also responsible for a range of administrative tasks related to both trade and non-trade activities. These include BR Maintenance, EDI’s, and managing Outgoing Post. Supporting offices across the E/MEA region, the Realisation Team plays a key role in maintaining operational accuracy and providing consistent administrative support. Their work is essential to the smooth functioning of trade operations and associated processes across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support and assistance with trade and realisation documentation for our parent company offices across the EMEA region.
- Accurately record all transactions using the MUGEN and SAP Accounting systems.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to required timelines, meeting all processing deadlines.
- Maintain daily communication and liaise with our parent companies offices and external counterparts via email and Microsoft Teams, both within EMEA and globally as required.
- Participate in training activities to support professional development and ensure training records are kept up to date.
- Support daily and monthly closing procedures, including the preparation of reports and the secure storage of documentation in compliance with Data Protection Regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Department and LPC Management.
- Manage the sorting and franking of outgoing mail.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade A–C/5-9
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Some experience working in a professional environment in any sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and other accounting software (Desirable).
- Familiarity international trade logistics process (Desirable).

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
