Duties

- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
- Help with plating and presentation of dishes to ensure visual appeal
- Contribute to stock management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
- Support serving staff as needed during service hours, including delivering food to tables when required
- Participate in cleaning schedules to uphold health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak times
