Back2Study is a UK-based educational consultancy with a strong track record in student guidance, having supported over 10,000 students in reaching their career goals. We are among a select few UK companies holding UKVI's Skilled Worker Sponsor Licence (Tier 2 – Sponsor), enabling us to sponsor eligible candidates from overseas.
Our focus spans British, European, and international students, helping them secure admissions and government funding for higher education in the UK. We're currently looking for Counsellors to join our London office — candidates should have strong communication skills.
Job Role
- Advise students applying to Higher Education programmes
- Make outbound/inbound calls to generate and follow up on leads
- Generate referrals from existing students
- Collect required documents and keep CRM records updated
- Assist the Key Accounts team with university applications
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Build and apply strategies to enhance sales performance
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
- Handle general office administration and day-to-day operational support
Core Duties
- Consulting with and converting leads
- Generating new leads
- Telecalling prospective and existing students
- Keeping the office organised
- Basic office administration work
Work Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 to 5:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
