The Role:
You’ll take the lead in planning and delivering personalised engagement and conversion activity for our UK undergraduate and postgraduate applicants — ensuring every step of their journey reflects the care and quality we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver multi-channel conversion campaigns that guide and support applicants at every stage.
- Make full use of our CRM and enterprise tools to send tailored communications that resonate.
- Collaborate across teams to create consistent and effective messaging.
- Use data to measure campaign impact and refine future strategies.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table — from interactive tools to community-driven content.
- Help us continue to raise the bar for applicant experience in higher education.
What we will need from you:
-
Experience in student recruitment, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
- A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Experience using CRM systems or email automation tools to drive engagement.
- Creative flair and an ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
- A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.
Experience in higher education is desirable but not essential — we value attitude, adaptability, and alignment with our values above all. For a full job description and comprehensive list of duties, please see attached.
