The role
As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, leading an experienced team and ensuring children receive safe, high-quality and child-centred care.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the staff team.
- Ensuring short-break stays and activities are well planned around each child.
- Working closely with families, social workers, schools and other professionals.
- Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Overseeing referrals, assessments and care planning.
- Ensuring the service meets Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations requirements.

About you
You will need:
