Bench Joiner

We're looking for a reliable Bench Joiner to join our workshop team.
To be honest, we're less concerned about finding the most experienced joiner in the world and more interested in finding someone who turns up every day, works hard, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a good team.
We manufacture high-quality bespoke kitchens and furniture, so attention to detail is important. However, if you've got a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we're happy to develop the right person.
What you'll be doing
- Manufacturing and assembling bespoke cabinetry and furniture
- Working from drawings and cutting lists
- Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely
- Sanding, fitting and preparing components for finishing
- Maintaining quality standards throughout production
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Working as part of a small team to meet production deadlines
What we're looking for
- Previous bench joinery, cabinet making or woodworking experience preferred
- Ability to use common woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently when required
- Most importantly: reliability, honesty and a strong work ethic
