Madison Berkeley have partnered with an established niche property company based in Soho looking to hire a Head of Facilities to take a lead following the recent acquisition of a Facilities Management company to add an additional service line to their surveying offering.
My client has been in business for over 50 years with gradual but consistent growth. They are a multi-disciplinary practice with a team of circa 30 staff. Main areas covered being Investment, Asset & Property Management, Planning & development, Professional services & newly formed Facilities Management.
This head of position presents an opportunity to join a well-established business, with a strong reputation & take full control & build out your own department.
The team at presents comprises of two Facilities Managers who will report into you initially to focus on the facilities management of existing mandates in the business.
The existing portfolio consists of a commercial portfolio of 60 service charge properties mostly in central London, valued at circa £600m AUM with a rent roll of circa £40m.
Initial responsibilities will be the management of a portion of the portfolio & leadership of the two facilities managers.
Longer terms plans will focus on the growth of the department, winning external mandates & looking for cross selling opportunities mainly within the Property & Asset Management department.
Salary on offer up to £80,000 inclusive of car bonus & other financial related incentives. Private healthcare, strong pension offering & flexible working.
A minimum of 7 years Facilities Management experience & some leadership experience is required for this position.
