We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant bar. Must have minimum 3 years expereince
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- Manage daily operations, including stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Develop innovative drink menus and oversee the presentation of beverages to enhance customer experience
- Train staff on serving techniques, and hospitality best practices
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment, ideally in bars, restaurants or hotels
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively
- Background in restaurant or hotel service roles, including serving or barista experience, is advantageous
- Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality regulations and best practices in food safety and hygiene
