QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR
FULL TIME
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team at TCG. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for our children, contributing to their growth and development through engaging provocations using a combined Montessori, Reggio Emillia and Forest school ethos.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Encourage outdoor play and exploration as part of the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through positive interactions and guidance.

Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (level 3 or above).
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills to balance various responsibilities throughout the day.
