We are a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce business supplying souvenirs, gifts, clothing and accessories locally and across the UK.
We operate across two warehouse locations and fulfil both orders from both locations. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced hands-on Operations & Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operation, improve systems, and bring structure and efficiency across all sites.
The Role
This is not a desk-based management role.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable:
- Managing warehouse operations and people
- Driving company vans between warehouse locations to move stock daily
- Physically involved in warehouse activity when needed
- Implementing structure, systems and improvements across multiple sites
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across three warehouse locations
- Drive company vans to transfer stock between warehouses as part of daily operations (essential requirement)
- Organise and oversee stock movement between sites to support order fulfilment
- Lead, motivate and manage warehouse staff
- Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Develop Warehouse 1 as the main fulfilment hub
- Implement and maintain stock location and inventory control systems
- Ensure high levels of stock accuracy across all sites
- Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
- Improve efficiency, order accuracy and dispatch speed
- Create and maintain clear warehouse processes and SOPs
- Work closely with directors to improve systems and support business growth
- Be flexible and hands-on where required during busy periods
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or operations role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience driving large vans or similar commercial vehicles
- Comfortable with daily driving between multiple warehouse locations
- Hands-on approach – willing to get involved in physical warehouse work
- Strong experience in stock control and inventory management
- Ability to manage and motivate warehouse teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills (Excel or similar systems)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience in multi-site warehouse operations
- Shopify or e-commerce fulfilment experience
- Experience implementing warehouse systems or stock location systems
- Experience with barcode scanning or WMS systems
- Continuous improvement / process optimisation experience

Important Note
This is a fully hands-on operational role. It includes warehouse management, physical stock handling, and regular driving between warehouse sites using company vans.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
