Job Overview
Care 4 Care Services Limited is seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Workers with knowledge of Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) to join our domiciliary care team in Southwest London.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, including those with complex health needs. You will support service users to live independently while maintaining their dignity, safety, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
- Administer and prompt medication in line with care plans and policies
- Support mobility and safe moving & handling practices
- Provide care aligned with TDDI requirements, including monitoring health conditions
- Observe, record, and report any changes in service users’ health or behaviour
- Assist with meal preparation and nutritional support
- Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date care records
- Promote independence, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns immediately
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a healthcare setting
- Experience in Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI)
- Understanding of care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Role Summary
