We take customer service seriously, but we don’t do stiff or overly formal. We’re hiring a Customer Service Advisor who’s easy to talk to, listens properly and enjoys helping people get things sorted.
Our Liverpool team works across a mix of sales and marketing campaigns for different clients. It’s a great place to build customer service skills, learn how campaigns work and take on more responsibility as you settle in.
Your day-to-day:
- Helping customers with questions and requests
- Explaining products and services clearly
- Sorting straightforward issues or finding the right person to help
- Keeping customer details and records up to date
- Following up on enquiries when needed
- Working with the team to keep everything running smoothly
