Van Loader (Nights) – Chelmsford

The Role
Working within our night dispatch team, you’ll be responsible for accurately loading vehicles and preparing orders for delivery in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment.
Shift Pattern
- Night shifts: 9:00pm – approx. 5:00am
- 5 nights per week, including Sundays (rota basis)
- Flexibility required depending on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organise orders from pallets/trays for dispatch
- Accurately load vehicles in line with schedules
- Record loading information and ensure stock accuracy
- Work to targets while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety
About You
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse or goods-out environments
- Comfortable working nights in a chilled environment
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must be able to reliably commute to Chelmsford

- This role involves regular manual handling and lifting
