Duties
- Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, Manicures and Pedicures
- Provide personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable services and products
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest inquiries professionally
- Assist guests with makeup application for special occasions or daily wear, ensuring flawless results
- Communicate effectively with guests to explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in massage therapy, skincare, or related beauty treatments; certification needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to clearly explain treatments and listen attentively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
