Every successful event depends on equipment arriving where it's needed, when it's needed. In this role, you'll help maximise asset utilisation, control costs, resolve equipment challenges, and support the smooth execution of projects by coordinating logistics from start to finish.

The team at Pixl delivers live events and studio productions across the UK, supporting some of the biggest names in entertainment, corporate events and broadcast. As part of the Pixl team, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse organised, preparing equipment and helping shows come to life.
- Coordinate equipment collections, deliveries, and returns with end-to-end ownership of the transportation process.
- Organise shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support orders within the company's inventory tracking system to manage equipment movement and warehouse activity.
- Generate inquiries, negotiate pricing, and secure cross rentals from third-party vendors when additional equipment is required.
- Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies related to cross-rented equipment.
- Support internal teams with equipment solutions during show emergencies and inventory shortages.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with carriers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Serve as a key point of communication to address transportation challenges and keep stakeholders informed.
- Proactively identify shipment delays or risks and communicate updates clearly and early.
- Monitor transportation activity and maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
- Support equipment planning and forecasting efforts designed to maximise asset utilisation and reduce operational spend.
- Contribute to the reliability and efficiency of equipment deployment throughout the event lifecycle.
- Assist Production Assistants with quotations, project coordination, logistics planning, and shipment tracking.
- Provide administrative and operational support across office functions as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
- Working knowledge of carnet manifests.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and documentation.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing logistics demands.
- Effective communication skills when working with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transportation partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Flexibility to support business needs, including overtime during busy periods.
