Relief chef required for a cafe and brasserie at a rural location near Great Dunmow in Essex.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience working in a fine dining or gastropb environment using all fresh ingredients and be capable of leading a team of 3 staff serving a 45 cover restaurant for breakfast and lunch service.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm on a rota basis and we are looking for cover on either a part time or full-time basis with expected workload being 32-40 hours per week.
Only UK based applicants with the right to work in the UK should apply and you will need your own transport due to the rural location.

Pay: £18.00 per hour
