We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant for our Food to Go concept to join our busy and fast-paced store. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strong Food to Go team, working within a thriving and innovative concept.
Our Customer Service Assistants (Food To Go) are at the heart of our daily fresh offering- from early-morning breakfast rolls to lunchtime favourites and evening top-ups. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for delivering great-tasting, fresh food to our customers throughout the day. You’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent standards of food service, safety, quality, and availability.
You could be preparing hot and cold food, cooking to demand, completing temperature checks, ensuring shelves are filled, areas are clean, or serving and giving customers recommendations on the go. You’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent standards across availability, freshness, hygiene, safety, and service.
We are open 7 days a week from early morning until late at night so flexibility is important; you might need to work some mornings, evenings and weekends.
About you…
Although experience working with food in the FTG sector is a plus, as well as the retail sector, don’t worry it’s not essential as we’ll ensure that you have all the training you need to do an amazing job.
You’ll be:
- Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers
- Comfortable following food safety procedures
- A supportive team player, with excellent communication skills, who’s happy to help wherever needed
- This is a fast-paced environment, so you must be confident working efficiently while maintaining quality, standards and excellent customer service.
