This opportunity is suited to experienced engineers looking to operate independently via a limited company and build a high-earning business within a proven platform with Pimlico Plumbers.
The Pimlico Plumbers Platform
As an independent operator within the Pimlico Plumbers network, you will operate via your own limited company while leveraging an established platform designed to support performance and productivity.
You will have access to experienced teams across operations, sales and support functions, including:
· 24/7 customer contact centre handling enquiries and bookings
· Dedicated scheduling to optimise availability and productivity
· Sales support for larger and more complex jobs
· Centralised invoicing and payment collection
· Access to approved suppliers and infrastructure
· Ongoing technical and operational support
This model is designed to reduce admin, improve efficiency, and maximise the value of every day.
What You Will Be Doing
· Delivering servicing, installation and repair work across residential and commercial properties
· Managing, availability and workload to maximise productivity and earnings
· Leveraging central support functions to optimise availability
· Identifying and converting additional opportunities on-site
· Delivering high-quality work and representing the Pimlico Plumbers brand across customer environments
Earnings Potential
Top-performing operators have the potential to earn £150,000+ per year, based on performance within the model.
Earnings will vary depending on trade, availability, productivity, and the ability to maximise each job opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications
Persons undertaking work on behalf of the franchise must be, and remain, qualified, certified, and accredited in accordance with any applicable law or regulations related to its trade.
Mandatory:
· NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or equivalent proven experience
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience across reactive, maintenance and installation work
· Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
Preferred:
· Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification
· Water Regulations / Water Byelaws qualification (WRAS/BPEC or equivalent)
· Experience across a wide range of plumbing systems and fault scenarios
· Experience working in high-end residential and/or light commercial environments
Core Capability:
· Proven ability to diagnose issues and resolve them effectively
· Confident working independently across a range of job types
· Ability to identify additional work opportunities where appropriate
· Strong attention to quality and customer experience

Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year
