Urban Environments are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Client Services Operative & Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideally suited to a graduate or equivalently qualified individual who is confident working with data, systems, and client-facing processes.
You will play a key role in managing client relationships while supporting contract performance through accurate reporting, data analysis, and administrative excellence. A strong command of Excel and the ability to interpret and present data effectively will be central to success in this role.
Due to our rural location on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, your own transport is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, delivering a high standard of communication and professionalism.
- Support and maintain client contracts, including documentation, renewals, updates, and quality checks.
- Coordinate engineers’ schedules, ensuring efficient planning and service delivery.
- Produce detailed monthly reports using advanced Excel skills (including formulas, data analysis, and structured reporting).
- Analyse KPIs and performance data to support operational improvements and management decisions.
- Maintain and manage accurate data across internal systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Assist with invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency with contract data.
- Create Mail Merge communications and structured client reporting packs.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing clear, informed, and client-focused responses.
- Work proactively within a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks and deadlines.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills:
- Graduate-level education or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in an administrative, client services, or data-focused role is beneficial.

- £30,000 – £34,000 salary, depending on experience

Commute Requirements
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our Sevenoaks TN15 6NN location or be prepared to relocate prior to starting.
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
