We're looking for a passionate and talented Reservations & Events Manager to join our team and help elevate the guest experience while driving sales and revenue across two of our London gastropubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Reservations & events oversight: Take full ownership of the reservations and events function across both venues, from enquiry through to delivery.
- Guest & telephone enquiries: Handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a first-class first impression.
- Team coordination: Keep the front-of-house team informed, organised and briefed on upcoming bookings and events.
- Third-party management: Act as the main point of contact for all third-party enquiries, agencies and suppliers.
- Reporting: Produce and maintain accurate reservations and events reports for management.
- Online reputation: Own our presence on Google and TripAdvisor, monitoring and responding to reviews.
- Revenue development: Proactively and reactively grow sales revenue through upselling, private hire and events packages.
- Hosting: Support with hosting events in person when required.
What We're Looking For
- A hands-on, natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience with a reservations/booking system is required; familiarity with the Collins booking system is an advantage.
- An enthusiastic team player with a guest-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
- A results-driven individual who works proactively, maximising every events and reservations enquiry.
- Willingness to assist with hosting events when required.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus bonus-related incentives paid quaterly.
- Hours: Monday to Friday shift patterns.
- Location: Based in Kings Cross, an easy commute from most areas of London.
