Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing order fulfilment processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will utilise various software tools and demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure seamless operations within our sales administration department. Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately using CRM software and other relevant systems
- Manage order documentation, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
- Liaise with sales teams, customers, surveyors and suppliers to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve any discrepancies and complete sign off's.
- Maintain organised records of all transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking order status.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint as required by management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries efficiently via email or phone calls.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department.
- Liase with suppliers and installations on delivery dates
Requirements
- Proven experience in administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills essential for data management and reporting tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in double glazing is preffered but not essential.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
