We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to help grow JTC Guitar’s audience, community and revenue across social media, email, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
JTC Guitar is the world’s best online guitar learning platform, backed by thousands of loyal subscribers and over one million social media followers. We have an extensive catalogue of world-class guitar content, and a passionate community of players.
This is a role for someone who understands how to connect creativity, data, and performance. Someone who is comfortable managing social media channels, building email campaigns, working inside Meta and Google Ads, analysing results, and using those insights to improve what we do next. You won’t just be planning from a distance. You’ll be hands-on, actively building, launching, managing, and optimising campaigns day-to-day.
Your Role:
Working remotely, you’ll play a key role in how JTC Guitar shows up across social media, email, paid advertising, and digital marketing.
A significant part of your role will be managing and growing our social media presence, helping us build stronger connections with guitarists around the world. You’ll be involved in planning content, identifying opportunities, improving engagement, and making sure our channels feel active, relevant, and aligned with the JTC brand.
You’ll also be responsible for helping drive commercial growth through digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing. You’ll use analytics and performance data to understand what’s working, spot opportunities, and continuously improve campaign results and ROI.
You’ll work closely with the content team to make sure our campaigns are creative, well executed, and built around the incredible artists, lessons, products, and releases available on JTCGuitar.com.

- Reporting on campaign results and making clear recommendations for improvement.
- Working with the content team to shape campaign ideas, creative direction, messaging, and promotional opportunities.
- Finding new ways to generate revenue from both new releases and JTC’s extensive back catalogue.
- Testing new ideas, improving existing campaigns, and helping drive measurable growth.

- Strong experience managing social media channels and growing audience engagement.
- Good understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and community building.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practice and campaign execution.
- Confidence using Google Analytics and performance data to make decisions.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to understand ROI, campaign performance, and customer behaviour.
- Hands-on experience building, launching, and managing campaigns yourself.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- A proactive mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
