Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals eager to build a career in the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Handle payments and operate the till system with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout shifts
- Support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up event spaces or special functions when needed
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
