Job Summary
Kentdale Jaguar Land Rover are currently seeking to recruit a Service Valeter to join our fast paced aftersales department.
The successful candidate will be a key member of our valeting team and will be responsible cleaning service client vehicles, ensuring they are returned washed and vacuumed, as well as ensuring our courtesy cars are kept in good condition at all times.
This position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in an active, physical role, has meticulous attention to detail and is a fantastic team player.
KEY DUTIES:
- Cleaning vehicles to a high dealer standard
- Ensuring our company owned cars are kept clean
- Working to set timeframes and targets
- Identifying any vehicle faults or problems
- Other duties to support the aftersales team as required
PERSON REQUIREMENTS:
Preference will be given to those candidates who have previous experience in a similar role, and the successful candidate should;
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative but also as part of a team
- Have a friendly and professional manner
- Have excellent time keeping
- Have Good communication skills
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
Work Location: In person
40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
1 in 3 Saturdays (8.00am - 1.00pm) paid at overtime rate
