We are recruiting for Care Team Members to work in a family centred environment, caring for children and young adults with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
To be successful you will need to be enthusiastic and motivated and have a desire to deliver holistic care to children and young adults with a wide range of complex needs.
With our financial support and encouragement successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally as part of a constantly expanding and developing team at the forefront of the Palliative Care Service.
You will join us on a part time and full time permanent basis (part time applicants should state 22.5 or 30 hours on the application form).
