Job Introduction
An opportunity is available for a Regulatory Compliance Administration Assistant to join our team at Pegasus, Castle Donington.
This role reports to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and will assist the Regulatory Compliance Team in all programmes, as well as managing and executing logistical and administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will hold Grade A*-C / 4-9 GCSE in English and Maths, or equivalent. Evidence of your qualification certificates will be required prior to appointment.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regulatory Compliance Manager and/or Regulatory Compliance Team Leader to support delivery of all Regulatory Compliance Team accountabilities

Co-ordinate the annual compliance programme, including managing trackers such as statutory submissions, consultations, Ofgem requests for information and Ombudsman complaints

Undertake weekly data cleansing for TTQ/TTC/GSOP

Manage daily potential failures report for Guaranteed Standards of Performance

Assist with managing year-end regulatory reports and coordinate collation of submissions from others

Collate and record data assurance methodology and signed documents as part of the DAG programme

Co-ordinate requests for information from, and consent requests to, Ofgem in relation to Licence compliance,

Price Reviews and general regulatory issues

Upload reporting submissions to Ofgem's Huddle and upload data share files to sites agreed with third parties, e.g. DNOs

Complete annual Notice of Rights process, including liaison with Ofgem, consumer bodies, DNOs and IDNOs

Coordinate with and update Deloitte on submissions delivered throughout the regulatory year

Assist with delivering internal & external training packages

Coordinate responses to and address field compliance related queries

Assist in delivering programme of informal spot check and feedback process with local teams to improve quality of information and evidence

Assist in coordinating and disseminating changes to regulatory obligations and guidance

Provide daily/weekly updates to Regulatory Compliance Manager on agreed reporting points

Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade to support the wider Regulatory Compliance Team
The Ideal Candidate
You will have the ability to plan, organise and manage multiple activities. The ability to meet tight deadlines is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
As part of our hybrid working approach this role offers a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.
A full UK driving licence is desirable, as occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
