Duty Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using computer software and systems
