What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from existing business customers
- Raising and managing customer orders from point of sale through to installation
- Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date
- Monitoring orders and proactively resolving any issues
- Ensuring all orders meet BT compliance and ordering standards
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
