This isn't just another administration role.
You'll play a vital part in planning and coordinating our Clearance division, ensuring our property clearances, garden maintenance and environmental works are scheduled efficiently while providing an excellent service to our Housing Association clients and residents.

The Role
Working within our busy office, you'll become one of the central points of communication between our Housing Association clients, residents, operatives and management team.
Your primary responsibility will be planning and scheduling our Clearance teams, coordinating property clearances, garden maintenance and environmental works to ensure operatives are utilised efficiently and clients receive an outstanding service.
You'll work closely with our Contracts Managers and operatives to coordinate appointments, manage changing priorities and ensure jobs progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and scheduling daily work for our Environmental teams
- Coordinating property clearances, garden maintenance and environmental works
- Liaising with Housing Association clients and residents
- Booking appointments and confirming access arrangements
- Allocating work to operatives and subcontractors
- Monitoring live jobs from instruction through to completion
- Updating job management systems accurately
- Managing changing priorities and reacting quickly to urgent work
- Supporting Contracts Managers and operational teams
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Producing reports and spreadsheets when required
- Assisting with general office administration
- Helping identify scheduling issues before they become problems
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys organising people and workloads.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous administration, scheduling or coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confidence communicating with both office staff and operatives
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Scheduling or workforce planning
- Property Maintenance
- Social Housing
- Facilities Management
- Construction Administration
- Logistics or transport planning
- SimPro or similar job management software
However, we're happy to provide training for the right person with the right attitude.
