Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting Service Users when required with all aspects of living.
Assist service users in all aspects of their care needs, physical, emotional and spiritual.
Support training and supervision of junior and new members of staff in all aspects of their work in the care home, under the supervision of a senior staff member.
Leading a team of carers you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you'll be a real influence on the rest of the team.
Previous experience of working with the relevant Service group.
NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Care.
Previous supervisory experience.
