As our Resort Maintenance Lead, you'll play a vital role in keeping our luxury accommodation and resort facilities operating to the highest standards.
From planned maintenance and repairs to responding quickly to guest issues, you'll ensure our resort remains safe, welcoming and ready to provide memorable experiences every day.
You'll work closely with all departments to deliver outstanding service while leading by example in safety, quality and efficiency.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across lodges, facilities and resort infrastructure.
- Complete repairs, renovations and general maintenance work to a high standard.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues.
- Ensure work is completed in line with company standards, policies and health & safety legislation.
- Use our digital maintenance management systems to schedule and record work.
Safety & Compliance
- Carry out regular inspections across the resort.
- Identify and resolve maintenance defects and potential hazards.
- Complete compliance checks and maintain accurate records.
- Help ensure the resort remains safe for guests, homeowners and colleagues.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance stores in excellent condition.
- Monitor stock levels and report equipment faults.
- Ensure workshops and storage areas remain organised and safe.
Guest Experience
- Deliver friendly, professional service whenever interacting with guests.
- Resolve maintenance issues quickly with minimal disruption.
- Support other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a five-star holiday experience.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively across Housekeeping, Reception, Food & Beverage and Grounds teams.
- Support colleagues during busy periods.
- Help build a positive, one-team culture across the resort.
This role is based on a 35 hour week working five days out of seven.
Pay: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
