We're looking for an experienced bar team member to join our friendly, family-run pub in the heart of Hastings Old Town.
As one of Hastings' busiest pubs, we're looking for someone who already has experience working behind a busy bar and is confident delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The role includes:
- Serving drinks efficiently during busy service
- Taking food orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Restocking fridges and changing barrels (training available)
- Working closely with our kitchen and floor teams
- Opening and closing duties where required
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience working behind a busy pub or bar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working under pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to help your team
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
