We are looking for reliable and hardworking Glass Processors to join our production team. Successful candidates will be responsible for processing, handling, and preparing glass products to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and would suit individuals with good attention to detail and experience working with machinery or production equipment.
We are expanding our factory operating hours and introducing separate evening shift. We are keen to employ staff for this afternoon/evening shift which comprises of the following hours: Mon-Thurs 1:45-10pm, Fri 1:45-6pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting, processing, and finishing glass products
- Operating glass processing machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Loading and unloading glass materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with packing and preparing orders for dispatch
Requirements
- Previous experience in glass processing or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to handle glass materials safely
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience operating CNC machinery or glass cutting equipment
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures within manufacturing environments
Full training will be provided.
