ABOUT THE ROLE
Hybrid, London/UK-based · Permanent, full-time (part-time may be considered)
Zureli is on a mission to prove that procurement can be a force for good. We help organisations reduce costs, improve commercial performance and achieve meaningful sustainability outcomes, for clients ranging from food manufacturers and global technology businesses to charities and hotel groups.
We are looking for a procurement professional with relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or commercial management, ready to lead client workstreams and help grow our commercial practice. You will work directly with experienced procurement leaders, data scientists and senior client stakeholders. The role is hybrid and involves some travel to client sites.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead sourcing projects from planning through to implementation.
- Analyse supplier, contract and spend data to identify savings and commercial opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Turn complex information into clear recommendations, working with procurement specialists and data scientists.
- Contribute to proposals, client growth and the development of Zureli's services and tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial management or a related role.
- Experience owning sourcing projects or workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at different levels.
- A practical, problem-solving approach and a record of following through.
- An interest in sustainability and responsible business.
We will assess candidates on the skills and evidence set out above rather than a precise number of years' experience. We welcome candidates from different backgrounds and value ability, potential and values over a perfectly conventional career path.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
TO APPLY: email your CV and a short supporting statement of approximately half a page to [email protected], including your salary expectations.
