Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and decorative coatings with precision and care
- Interpret project specifications and communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet expectations
- Operate various tools and equipment safely, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and scaffolding
- Manage on-site logistics such as driving between locations and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of waste responsibly
- Inspect finished work for quality control, making touch-ups as necessary to achieve a flawless finish
Experience
- Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Valid driving license for traveling between job sites
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with different painting techniques, surface preparation methods, and decorative finishes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction painting and decorating activities
