About the role

As Global Head of Marketing, you will own Encompass's global marketing strategy end-to-end — setting the direction for brand, demand generation, and communications across every region we operate in. You will be the senior marketing voice in the business, shaping how the world's leading banks perceive and engage with Encompass at a pivotal moment in our growth. This is a rare opportunity to build something with real scale: leading a distributed team, partnering closely with sales and product leadership, and leaving a visible mark on a brand that is redefining how financial institutions approach corporate digital identity.

Set and lead Encompass's global marketing strategy, spanning brand identity, demand generation, and external communications across all regions
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple geographies, creating the structure and ways of working that enable the team to thrive
Partner closely with sales and product leadership to ensure marketing strategy is tightly aligned with commercial goals and product positioning
Own the Encompass brand, maintaining consistent and well-governed positioning across all markets and channels
Report regularly on marketing performance and investment to the executive team, translating data into clear strategic insight

What success in this role looks like

A clear, well-communicated global marketing strategy has been developed and shared with key stakeholders within your first three months
By month six, your team structure and ways of working are embedded, with the team operating cohesively and performing well across regions
Strong, trusted working relationships are established with sales and product leadership, with marketing visibly contributing to commercial outcomes
Encompass brand positioning is consistent and well-governed across all regions, with any gaps or inconsistencies actively being addressed
Marketing performance is reported to the executive team with clarity and regularity, giving leadership confidence in how investment is tracking against goals

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Experience leading product marketing within a B2B SaaS business ideally within financial services RegTech or a related compliance driven market
Building marketing programs that directly support and accelerate enterprise sales cycles
Leading and developing a multidisciplinary marketing team across strategic event digital and content disciplines
Strong leadership skills with the ability to set direction for a team while remaining hands on where needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory and technical subject matter for different audiences
Commercial instinct and the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
The confidence to operate as a peer to sales and product leadership and to challenge and shape go to market strategy
The ability to manage multiple priorities across a global fast paced and fast growing business
A collaborative style with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and with external partners and agencies
A track record marketing to banking or financial services audiences, with a feel for what resonates in that world
