We are building a new team of dedicated support workers to join a brand-new residential service, opening soon in Stratton Strawless, just 5 miles from Norwich.
Caradon is going to provide support for 6 adults with complex support needs, learning difficulties and autism.
Caradon will have self-contained accommodations, along with large communal areas. Our approach will promote inclusion and social activities, while offering the opportunity to live independently in their own space with the appropriate levels of support to enable this.
The extensive 1.4-acre grounds will see the development of various activities including gardening, craft work, animal care, sensory areas and much more.
We are looking for positive, resilient, and reliable support workers with a genuine desire to provide the highest level of person-centred support and make a real difference to people’s quality of life. Experience is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right applicants.
Day and night support workers required, working a range of shifts to meet the needs of the people we support.
