Due to our continued success, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing and developing business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth across your designated geographical region. You will be responsible for all revenue generation activities while working closely with the wider Business Development team to support National Accounts.
As the face of Premiere Kitchens, you will promote the company's products and services to new prospects and existing clients, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to setting up long-term contractual agreements with clients
What you will bring to Premiere:
Ideally, you will have:

Previous B2B kitchen sales experience, ideally within social housing

Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Strong presentation skills

IT literacy in the main Microsoft applications and experience of working with an online CRM

Ability to work both remotely and as part of a team

Highly organised and an effective time planner

Well-developed influencing and consulting skills

Resourceful and self-sufficient

Driving licence (required)
What you will do:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the social housing and new-build residential sectors across the South East region
-
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating leads through market research, networking, customer relationships, and referrals

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, contractors, public sector organisations, and housing associations

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions to prospective clients
-
Manage the full sales cycle, including tender submissions, quotations, contract negotiations, account set-up, and implementation
-
Drive profitable sales growth through both new business and the development of existing customer accounts
-
Retain and grow customer accounts, strengthening relationships and increasing share of wallet

Conduct market research and monitor housing sector trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support business growth

Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Account Management, and the Head of Sales to deliver an excellent customer experience

Take commercial responsibility for customer accounts, including pricing reviews and contract negotiations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information within the CRM system

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met throughout the sales and delivery process, supporting the resolution of customer care issues where required

Share market intelligence and business insights with the wider team to contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives

Working Hours and Pattern:

Full-time, remote role

Monday to Friday
-
40 hours per week (8:30 am–5:00 pm)

Monthly travel to our Head Office in Hardwicke, Gloucester

Regular travel throughout the South East region
