We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Must have own transport.
Duties
- Carry out general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in a similar labour-intensive role is advantageous
- Ability to operate various hand tools and machinery safely
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy loads as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
