Digital Clarity | Guildford | Full-Time | £25,000–£35,000 (DOE)
Digital Clarity is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager / Business Development Manager to help us deepen client relationships and bring in new business. This is a hybrid role for someone who's equally comfortable nurturing existing accounts and opening new doors.
About the role
You'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients while also driving growth through new business development. You'll work closely with our delivery team to make sure clients get exceptional service and with leadership to shape how we win and retain work.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of client B2B accounts, building strong long-term relationships
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals
- Leading client meetings, pitches and proposals
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and happy clients
- Tracking pipeline, forecasting revenue and reporting on performance
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in account management, business development or a similar client-facing role
- A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and credibly
- Commercial awareness and a track record of hitting targets or growing accounts
- Strong organisational skills, you can juggle multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball
- A proactive, self-motivated approach
- Willingness to learn

- Salary:£25,000–£35,000 + uncapped commission (depending on experience)
