Job description:
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Assisting shoppers to find the product that they are looking for
- Giving advice and guidance on perfume selection to customers
- Responsible for security within the shop and being on the lookout for shop lifters
- Keep up to date with special promotions and putting up displays
- Answering queries from customers
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy this includes mopping and cleaning up surfaces
Personal skills:
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Comfortable working with members of the public
- Should have a confident manner
- Must be helpful and polite
- Passion, enthusiasm and knowledgeable about fragrance
- A background in fragrance industry would be an advantage.
- A high standard of personal grooming
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Second language is an advantage (I.e. Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese.)
