Partner with the business – Work closely with teams across the firm to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical technology solutions that have a real impact on the way we work.
Unlock the power of data and AI – Build intelligent tools that make the most of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery and AI capabilities, helping colleagues make better decisions and deliver greater value to clients.
- ️ Champion engineering excellence – Develop high-quality, well-tested solutions using modern software engineering practices, including Git/GitHub, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring and technical documentation.
Drive continuous improvement – Enhance and optimise existing applications, automations and integrations, reducing manual effort, increasing reliability and improving the user experience.
Collaborate across technology teams – Work alongside data engineers and analysts to ensure applications use data effectively while complementing our wider data platform.
Build security into everything – Ensure every solution is designed with GDPR, information security, authentication and data protection at its core.
