Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points
- Develop customized pest control plans based on inspection findings, client needs, and safety protocols
- Apply pesticides, baiting systems, traps, and other treatment methods safely and effectively
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and ongoing maintenance strategies
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Respond promptly to service calls for emergency pest issues or recurring problems
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies during every task
- Large area to cover - initially mainly covering postcodes, DG, KA PA, ML and G
Skills
- Strong knowledge of common pests such as insects, rodents, termites, and others
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately
- Ability to operate pest control equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients
- Physical stamina to perform inspections that involve climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, or working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Certifications in pest management or related fields are a plus but not required; training will be provided
