HGV Class 1 Tramping Driver (Curtainside)
Schedule: Monday–Friday tramping with alternate Sundays
Overnights: Guaranteed 4 nights away per week (5 if working Sunday)
Key Requirements (Must Have)
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Valid Driver CPC card
- Maximum 3 penalty points on licence
- Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
- Reliable and professional attitude – no time wasters
Pay & Benefits
- Paid weekly (Sunday), funds cleared Monday morning
- £26.25 night out allowance
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Drive the same assigned truck each week
Role Overview
- Safe and compliant operation of Class 1 HGV vehicles
- Curtainside trailer work delivering goods efficiently and on time
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and professionally
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
- Communicate with dispatch and team to coordinate schedules
