The ideal candidate will be charismatic, well presented and hands on. They will have at least two years previous experience working at supervisory or management level within a high volume restaurant operation. The successful applicant will be an important part of our team, have a passion for the industry, speak fluent English, and above all “love what they do”.
In addition to running shifts brilliantly, the role involves the responsibility of a team of up to 50 full and part time staff and will therefore involve :-
- Delegation of roles on shift as well as training, development and motivation of front of house team;
- Roster & labour management as well as weekly wage preparation;
- Stock management and ordering;
- Cashing up and till management; knowledge of Stocklink system would be useful but not essential as training will be given;
- Office administration
