We're a specialist manufacturer of premium steel products for residential, commercial, and landscaping projects across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our workshop team.

The Role
As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing a range of bespoke corten steel products to the highest standards. Working from technical drawings, you'll fabricate, weld, and finish products ready for installation or delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding and fabrication of steel products
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparing materials
- Fabricating bespoke products to tight tolerances
- Carrying out quality checks throughout production
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working collaboratively with the production team to meet production deadlines
- Assisting with continuous improvements in manufacturing processes
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator
- Strong MIG welding skills
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with corten steel, mild steel, or stainless steel
- TIG welding experience
- Experience using fabrication machinery and workshop equipment
- Full UK driving licence
