This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and being at the heart of a fast-paced transport environment.
The Role

Typical duties include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Liaising with drivers and Pallet-Track member depots.
- Proactively tracking deliveries and resolving delays or exceptions.
- Updating customers on the status of their consignments.
- Investigating delivery queries and arranging redeliveries where required.
- Monitoring network reports and ensuring issues are followed up promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records within our transport management systems.
- Providing first-class customer service while supporting the wider transport team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Remains calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Works well as part of a team and is happy speaking with drivers, customers and other depots.
Previous experience in transport or pallet networks would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important.
