About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Installation & Field Service Technician to join our team based in Malvern.
This is a varied role combining field-based work across the UK and Ireland with time in the office supporting installations and operations.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting our key management systems at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and interacting with customers in different environments.
What You’ll Be Doing Field-Based Responsibilities
- Installing key management systems at customer sites
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing visits
- Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard
- Representing the company professionally on-site
You will travel regularly across the UK and Ireland, with overnight stays required as part of the role.
Office-Based Responsibilities (Malvern)
- Preparing equipment and materials for upcoming installations
- Supporting device setup and basic technical checks
- Assisting with stock handling and equipment returns
- Providing support to the wider operations team when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Practical, hands-on, and technically minded
- Reliable, organised, and professional
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly
- Confident and friendly when dealing with customers
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and stay away when required
- Practical skills (e.g. use of tools, installations, or equipment handling)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- DBS check required
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in installations or field-based roles
- Basic electrical or mechanical knowledge
- Customer-facing experience

Additional Information
