What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in connecting tenants with their ideal homes while delivering an outstanding customer experience to both landlords and applicants.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and clients
- Managing offers and negotiations through to successful completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the lettings journey
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and high-energy office culture

- Previous estate agency experience
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary: £18,000 – £22,000
- Commission structure with strong earning potential
- Travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or car allowance (£5,000 PA), depending on role

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm
